Registration

Level 1 Sponsor – $300.00
Includes access to all events for one attendee. Includes a half-page advertisement in the digital meeting program and addition to our email list for future meeting announcements. Your logo (.PNG format preferred), linked to your company website, will be displayed on our website as a meeting sponsor for a minimum of three months.
Level 2 Sponsor – $500.00
Includes access to all events for up to two attendees. If you wish, you may arrange for an exhibitor booth at the meeting to present your products/programs. Includes a half-page advertisement in the digital meeting program and addition to our email list for future meeting announcements. Your logo (.PNG format preferred), linked to your company website, will be displayed on our website as a meeting sponsor for a minimum of three months.
Level 3 Sponsor – $700.00
Includes access to all events for up to three attendees. If you wish, you may arrange for an exhibitor booth at the meeting to present your products/programs. Your organization may name one person to receive membership in SEERS for one year (subject to eligibility). Includes a half-page advertisement in the digital meeting program and addition to our email list for future meeting announcements. Your logo (.PNG format preferred), linked to your company website, will be displayed on our website as a meeting sponsor for a minimum of three months.

Registration is closed

SEERS welcomes sponsorships for our meetings. One of our top priorities is to encourage participation of student colleagues. Sponsorships allow SEERS to offer reduced registration prices for students and provide monetary awards for selected students (who are presenting their research) to participate in the meeting. We offer three paid sponsorship levels with a range of benefits. SEERS may be interested in sponsorships with provision of goods or services to the meeting in lieu of payment: please contact the program chair at programchair@seers.org to discuss arrangements.
